Linsey works part time at Physioflexx and is based at the Whitecraigs Clinic on Mondays and Fridays and at Stewarton for a Wednesday evening clinic. She qualified as a Physiotherapist from The Robert Gordon University in 2008 and initially completed rotations in the NHS. Linsey specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2011 and had the opportunity to work with elite gymnasts during the 2014 Commonwealth Games. She uses a broad range of skills to treat her clients, evaluating their individual needs and working together to achieve their goals. She believes the combination of manual therapy and self management optimises a quick return to function and long term prevention of injuries.
Linsey is passionate about Physiotherapy and continually strives to be the best therapist she can be. Continuous professional development is very important and she has completed many Post-Graduate courses including electrotherapy, kinesiology taping, acupuncture, soft tissue skills, pelvic girdle pain, running injuries and shoulder dysfunction.
Jennifer graduated with Honours in Anatomy in 2003 from the University of Glasgow, and went on to study Physiotherapy at Caledonian University, graduating with First Class Honours in 2011. She was awarded the Elsevier Prize for 2nd Top Overall Student. Throughout university she studied orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory and paediatric physiotherapy before focusing on musculoskeletal. After working in her own private practice in Glasgow for 5 years, enjoying experience at home and abroad with the Scottish Football Association, Kilmarnock Football Club and Rangers Ladies F.C., Jennifer has now joined the team at Physioflexx in Ayrshire. She specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation and the treatment of chronic low back pain. Jennifer has completed her National Sports First Aid at Hampden, Acupuncture and Pilates qualifications, as well as various course on the knee, taping, strapping and massage.
